Installation & Maintenance Questions

Is assembly DIY-friendly? Yes. Our sheds come pre-cut with clear instructions. Larger sheds may require a second person or professional help.

What type of foundation is needed? A level surface such as a concrete pad, gravel base with pavers, or pressure-treated wood frame is ideal.

Do I need to stain or paint the shed? No. Fiberwood holds its finish and doesn't need painting or staining.

Are composite sheds secure? Yes. They are compatible with locks, deadbolts, and reinforced door hardware. Many come with lockable handles.

Shipping, Warranty & Returns

How is the shed shipped? Sheds are typically shipped flat-packed on a pallet via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Delivery includes curbside drop-off; a signature may be required. Please ensure someone is present at delivery.

How long does shipping take? Orders usually ship within 5–10 business days, with transit times depending on your location. Some models may require longer lead times due to backorder status.

Is assembly included in delivery? No. Delivery is curbside only. Assembly is DIY-friendly, but our partner network does have approved installation services that may be available in select regions.

What if the shed arrives damaged? Inspect all packaging upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate replacements for damaged components at no cost.
